Message from the President

Dear Members, Patrons, and Sponsors

Namaskaram!

It is with immense pride and gratitude that I address you as the President of our cherished Kerala Association of Colorado (KAOC) as we step into 2025. Our Association has been instrumental in fostering a sense of belonging and fellowship that enriches our lives in the Rockies. This spirit comes alive through our cultural and sports events held throughout the year.

This year marks a milestone in our journey—the Silver Jubilee of the Indian Dance Festival (IDF). Over the past 25 years, IDF has become a cornerstone of our community, a vibrant stage for showcasing the grace, beauty, and depth of Indian classical and contemporary dance. This year, we aim to make it grander than ever, honoring the past while inspiring the future. Alongside this monumental event, we are excited to nurture the next generation through "Yuva"—our initiative dedicated to empowering and engaging the youth of our community. We hope to ignite a passion for our traditions among our young members while equipping them to be future ambassadors of our cultural identity.

Of course, no year would be complete without the vibrant events of Kala, Music Night, the Annual Picnic, Wisdom Day, Onam, Christmas, and the spirited sports tournaments that bring us together in joy and camaraderie. Madhuram Malayalam and Community Development Initiatives by EAC will continue to inspire and enrich our community.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated members, patrons, and sponsors for your unwavering support. It is your enthusiasm and generosity that breathe life into our events and initiatives. Together, let us make 2025 a year that not only honors our heritage but also builds a brighter, more connected future for our community.

Please stay updated with our emails, WhatsApp notifications, and social media channels on Facebook and Instagram. We are committed to constantly enhancing KAOC and welcome your valuable feedback and suggestions.

Please feel free to share your recommendations and ideas with us at president@colorkerala.org.

Let’s come together to celebrate, collaborate, and create lasting memories in this landmark year.

Warm regards,
Vimal Andrews
President
