We are excited to continue our Malayalam class, “Madhuram Malayalam”, in South and North Colorado!
South – Colorado:
Mode: In-person
When: Friday evenings (6:45PM – 7:45PM Mountain Time)
Where: Hindu Temple of Colorado (Address: 7201 S Potomac St, Centennial, CO 80112).
Ages: We currently have two groups- Group 1 is for ages 5-9, and Group 2 is for ages 10 and above.
North – Colorado :
Mode: Online
When: Sunday Mornings (9:30 AM – 10:30 AM Mountain Time).
Based on registrations and volunteer availability, we plan to start classes at other zones as well
We are requesting parents to register their kids for Malayalam classes this year (2024), using this registration form below. If your child is already attending classes, please re-register them this year so we have an accurate count of students registered for the program.
Please submit your registration by Feb 29th, 2024.
Note: Malayalam classes are only available to KAOC members. If you are not a member, please click here to become a member.
This program will follow the curriculum prepared by the “Malayalam Mission”, an Initiative by the Government of Kerala. Participants can undergo the exams by Malayalam Mission at different levels and receive certificates up to the 10th Class Malayalam equivalent. Thanks to a group of volunteers who are continuing to help our kids learn our language and culture.
This class will be perfect for anyone interested in learning Malayalam. While the classes are free, there will be a registration fee (not to exceed $10), which will be donated to the facility we use (This amount does NOT go towards any KAOC funds). The registration fee will be optional for continuing students. We encourage you to sign up your kids for this great initiative.
