Sadhya will be served in predefined time slots assigned based on your RSVP.
Onam Sadhya
Time slots are assigned based on your RSVP. Please arrive within your assigned window. Doors open 5–10 minutes prior to each window to help seating flow.
- Slot 1: Participants & Family ONLY — 11:15 AM
- Slot 2: 12:00 PM
- Slot 3: 12:45 PM
- Slot 4: 1:30 PM
Cultural programs will begin after the Sadhya lunch sessions conclude.

Is RSVP required?
Yes. RSVP is required for all attendees so we can allocate Sadhya time slots and manage seating.
What are the prices?
KAOC Members: Free. Non-Members: $25. Non-Member Kids below 10: Free. Please confirm your membership status before registering.
When are the cultural programs?
Cultural programs will begin after the Sadhya lunch sessions are completed.
What if I have paid during the event scheduled for Sep 13th, 2025?
If you are planning to attend the Oct 11th event, simply RSVP and select Yes — I already paid . If you are not planning to attend and would like a refund, email treasurer@colorkerala.org or president@colorkerala.org.
