How RSVP & Payment Works
Step 1 – RSVP (Everyone):
Please fill out the online RSVP form for your family:

🔹 **KAOC Members** – No payment required. RSVP helps us plan headcount and food.
🔹 **Non-Members** – After submitting your RSVP, please complete the $25 payment using the Zeffy link.

Who can attend?
All KAOC members, their families, and guests are welcome. Non-members can join by paying the event entry fee.
Is entry free for KAOC members? ＋
Yes. Entry is free for current KAOC members and kids under 10. We still request all members to complete the RSVP form so that we can plan food and seating.
Do Non-Members need both RSVP & payment? ＋
Yes. Non-members should:
1) Submit the RSVP form, and
2) Complete the $25 payment on
Zeffy.
How do we indicate Veg / Non-Veg headcount? ＋
The RSVP form lets you specify the total number of people attending from your family and how many prefer Veg and Non-Veg meals. Please fill this as accurately as possible so we can plan the dinner.
Can I update my RSVP later? ＋
If your plans change after submitting the RSVP, please contact the KAOC team or submit the form again with updated information, mentioning it in the “Additional notes” field.
