 the venue after checking the participants in.\n\nGuidelines: Pencil Art\n\n
  	Topic & Age - Participants between the ages of 5 and 12 as of October 1s
 t\,2023\, will be divided into two age groups: 5 to 8 and 9 to 12.\n⮚ For
  the 5-8 age group\, the topic for ‘Pencil Drawing’ competition will be
 :\nMy Favorite Storybook Character: Have them draw their beloved character
 s from storybooks.\n⮚ For the 9-12 age group\, the topic for ‘Pencil Dr
 awing’ competition will be announced on the spot.\nShortlisted topics fo
 r this group are:\n\n 	Enchanted Garden: Create a magical garden filled wi
 th flowers\, fairies\, and friendly creatures.\n 	Space Explorers: Imagine
  adventures in outer space with astronauts\, planets\, and rockets.\n 	Unde
 r the Sea Adventure: Dive into the depths of the ocean with sea life and u
 nderwater scenes.\n 	Environmental Conservation: Depict scenes that highli
 ght the importance of environmental conservation and sustainability.\n\n\n 
 	Supplies - We've got you covered! We'll be providing all the supplies you
 'll need\, including drawing sheets\, pencils\, and erasers. Just make sure
  to only use supplies provided by KAOC.\n 	Duration –\n5 - 8 age group:
  The duration will be 30 minutes for this group.\n9-12 age group: The dura
 tion will be 60 minutes for this group.\n 	Judging Criteria (including but
  not limited to)\n\n 	Interpretation of the theme and representation of the
  artwork.\n 	Creativity and originality of the composition.\n 	Clarity & ne
 atness of the artwork\, surface and background.\n 	Overall presentation of 
 the finished artwork.\n\n\n 	The decision of the judges will be final and i
 rrevocable.\n\n\n\n\nGuidelines: Mimicry and Monoact (Non-Competitive)\n\n 
 	Participant Count - Performances must be solo.\n 	Age - Participants sh
 ould be between 5 and 12 years of age as of October 1st\,2023.\n 	Duration
  - The maximum time duration for each performance is 4 minutes.
